We have been informed by one of our service providers that a hardware defect has recently been discovered inside the type of networking equipment that we currently utilize. The segment of our network which relies on that equipment could potentially fail under certain conditions. In order to prevent this, we have made arrangements to have this equipment replaced as soon as possible.

Therefore, our sites might be unavailable for up to 1 hour between 1:00am and 7:00am EST on 4/22 while the required maintenance is performed. We apologize for any inconvenience. Those using our app for documentation can continue to work offline until the process is complete.

Please note that this flaw does not create any security risks or potential for data loss. Our primary concern is to minimize the risk of any unplanned interruptions in our service.

ITS will install server updates and perform maintenance on servers.


During this maintenance period connectivity to the system may be unavailable. User accounts may experience a service interruption of no more than 20 minutes while the host server is updated.
